From Chronicles of Narnia we have Susan's Bow and the Lion's Bow. Our Fantasy Bows are custom crafted to order and are fully functional, whether you are just target shooting or hunting. This ensures that as ornate as they may look, each one is also a functional bow that you can use to nock, draw, and fire arrows. We see a globe in Daggerfall IIRC? So I'm inclined to say it's not flat, but the other half might be very empty ocean. The other planets are also normally depicted as spheres, so Nirn being the only flat one would be even weirder.If it's a flat disk that has problems with astronomy - even ignoring gravity, a flat Nirn Sun would always be visible on the Horizon unless it goes from above to underneath the disk, in which case there would be parts of Nirn the Sun is never overhead (if it travels over Nirn from 0 deg to 180 deg, 90 deg and 270 deg will only ever see a far to the side Sun). Unless it goes over and under but shifts to the side a bit every day, but then we would still see it not above our head most of the time, so that's not an answer.Maybe if we go back to the constant 0 deg to 180 deg path and say Nirn is really really big and all of Tamriel, Yokuda, and Akavir are entirely underneath the Sun's above path, it could work.
